Цельсия и условным давлением до 10 МПа (100 кгс/см2) в нефтяной, газовой, химической и других отраслях народного хозяйства, в том числе на технологические трубопроводы пара и горячей воды. Стандарт не распространяется: на магистральные трубопроводы; трубопроводы, транспортирующие кислород и сжиженные инертные газы; трубопроводы специального назначения (атомных установок) и другие трубопроводы, требования к которым устанавливаются отдельными нормативными документами, утвержденными в установленном порядке.
