Welding of steel technological pipelines on nominal pressure over 10 to 100 MPa (over 100 to 1000 kgf/cm2). Technical requirements.
Status: Not defined by law. In connection with the entry into force of the Federal Law of December 27, 2002 N 184-ФЗ "On Technical Regulation"
The standard applies to assembly units of steel pipelines with a nominal passage of DN up to 500 mm inclusive, operating under an internal pressure of more than 10 to 100 MPa at a temperature from minus 50 to plus 540 gras. Celsius and intended for transportation of liquid, gaseous, corrosive, flammable and explosive environments at the enterprises of the Ministry of the production of mineral fertilizers and other related industries and sets the technical requirements for welding. The standard does not apply to the assembly units of steam and hot water pipelines of power plants, as well as pipelines transporting oxygen and liquefied inert gases.
