The rules apply to the design of construction of new facilities, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing production of air separation products (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, krypton, xenon, krypton-xenon and neon-helium mixture), structures and devices for their reception, storage and distribution, and also on the design of other cryogenic plants at enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of the form of ownership, sources of funding and departmental affiliation
