The standard applies to non-standardized products of general engineering applications, manufactured at the enterprises of the Ministry. The standard establishes a common set of requirements for all-machine-building applications that are imposed on the quality of materials, production, acceptance, labeling, preservation and packaging.
Стандарт распространяется на нестандартизированные изделия общемашиностроительного применения, изготовляемые на предприятиях Министерства. Стандарт устанавливает общий для изделий общемашиностроительного применения комплекс требований, предъявляемых к качеству материалов, изготовлению, приемке, маркировке, консервации и упаковке
