The guidance document establishes norms and methods for calculating the strength and tightness of flanged joints of pipelines, fittings, hatches and fittings for vessels and devices made of titanium and titanium alloys, operating under the influence of statistical and repetitive statistical loads. The guidance document is applicable subject to the requirements of OST 26-11-06-85, OST 26-01-279-78, OST 26-01-1298-81, RD RTM 26-01-133-81
