The guidance document establishes the requirements for the organization, preparation, conduct and activities of the results of inspections carried out by Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC. The procedure applies to auditing the implementation of general quality assurance programs (POKAS (O)), private quality assurance programs for the licensed type of activity, the requirements of GOST ISO 9001 of the Concern's NPPs in operation and under construction; private quality assurance programs of organizations performing work and providing services for Concern operating and under construction NPPs - carrying out licensed activities in the field of atomic energy use
