Meat and meat products. Methods of fat determination

Status: Effective - Supersedes. IUS 8-2016
This standard applies to all types of meat, including poultry, meat and meat-containing products, and establishes methods for determining the mass fraction of fat using the Soxhlet extraction apparatus and the accelerated method using a filtering separating funnel. In case of disagreement according to the test results, the fat mass fraction is determined by the basic Soxhlet method.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на все виды мяса, включая мясо птицы, мясные и мясосодержащие продукты, и устанавливает методы определения массовой доли жира с использованием экстракционного аппарата Сокслета и ускоренный метод с использованием фильтрующей делительной воронки. При разногласиях по результатам испытаний массовую долю жира определяют по основному методу Сокслета
