Meat and meat products. Gas-liquid chromatography method of determination of the content of chlorine organic pesticide

This standard applies to meat, offal, raw fat, meat and meat-containing products, bacon products, and establishes a method for determining the residual amounts of organochlorine pesticides: DDT - dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane and its metabolites alpha, beta, gamma and delta isomers of hexachlorocyclohexane (HCCH); aldrin, dieldrin, heptachlor, hexachlorobenzene, endrin using gas-liquid chromatography. Requirements for the total content of organochlorine pesticides in meat and meat products are set in the regulatory documentation on safety and quality for a specific type of product. The range of measurement of the mass fractions of organochlorine pesticides is from 0.005 to 5.0 mg
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на мясо, субпродукты, жир-сырец, мясные и мясосодержащие продукты, продукты из шпика, и устанавливает метод определения остаточных количеств хлорорганических пестицидов: ДДТ - дихлордифенилтрихлорэтана и его метаболитов ДДД - дихлордифенилдихлорэтана и ДДЭ - дихлордифенилдихлорэтилена; альфа-, бета-, гамма- и дельта-изомеров гексахлорциклогексана (ГХЦГ); альдрина, дильдрина, гептахлора, гексахлорбензола, эндрина с помощью газожидкостной хроматографии. Требования к суммарному содержанию хлорорганических пестицидов в мясе и мясных продуктах устанавливаются в нормативной документации по безопасности и качеству на конкретный вид продукции.
