This standard applies to boiled and smoked-boiled meat products from horse meat and colts, intended for direct consumption and preparation of various dishes and snacks. Products from horse meat are produced in the following names: - boiled - “Horse meat pressed”, “Boiled horse meat roll”, “Boiled horse meat”; - smoked and boiled - "Horse ribs in the shell", "Smoked and boiled horse necks", "Smoked and boiled horse sirloin", "Horse horse sirloin in the shell", "Smoked and boiled horse breast", "Smoked and boiled horse meat", "Smoked-boiled horse meat roll", "Smoked and boiled horse meat"
