This standard applies to food products in parts of milk, dairy products, meat and meat products, meat and poultry meat products, eggs, egg powder, egg melange, as well as food raw materials and establishes high-performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometric detection to determine residual anthelmintic content in the measurement range from 1.0 to 1000.0 µg
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты в части молока, молочных продуктов, мяса и мясных продуктов, мяса и продуктов из мяса птицы, яиц, яичного порошка, яичного меланжа, а также продовольственное сырье и устанавливает метод высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии с масс-спектрометрическим детектированием для определения остаточного содержания антгельминтиков в диапазоне измерений от 1,0 до 1000,0 мкг/кг
