This standard applies to perfumery and cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as PEP) and establishes the following methods for assessing toxicological and clinical laboratory safety indicators: - a method for evaluating the general toxicity of PEP in vitro using a culture of mobile mammalian cells; - A method for assessing toxicological parameters of the PEP using the luminescent bacterial test; - a method for evaluating clinical and laboratory parameters using a drip skin test; - method of assessing clinical and laboratory parameters using a compressive skin test
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на парфюмерно-косметическую продукцию (далее - ПКП) и устанавливает следующие методы оценки токсикологических и клинико-лабораторных показателей безопасности: - метод оценки общетоксического действия ПКП in vitro с использованием культуры подвижных клеток млекопитающих; - метод оценки токсикологических показателей ПКП с помощью люминесцентного бактериального теста; - метод оценки клинико-лабораторных показателей с помощью капельного кожного теста; - метод оценки клинико-лабораторных показателей с помощью компрессного кожного теста
