This standard applies to packaged kefir for baby food - a fermented milk product, produced from cow's milk by mixed (lactic acid and alcohol) fermentation using yeast prepared on kefir fungi, without adding pure cultures of lactic acid microorganisms and yeast, and intended complementary foods for young children from 8 months, as well as for feeding children of preschool and school age
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на упакованный в потребительскую упаковку кефир для детского питания - кисломолочный продукт, выработанный из коровьего молока путем смешанного (молочнокислого и спиртового) брожения с использованием закваски, приготовленной на кефирных грибках, без добавления чистых культур молочнокислых микроорганизмов и дрожжей, и предназначенный в качестве прикорма детям раннего возраста с 8 мес, а также для питания детей дошкольного и школьного возраста
