This standard applies to adhesive joints reinforcing elements of concrete and reinforced concrete structures exposed to weathering, as well as underground and underwater structures, both newly built and in operation. The standard establishes requirements for adhesives and adhesive joints of structural reinforcement elements performed by the following methods: - external reinforcement by gluing hard strips, as well as gluing with lamination of canvases, nets; - adding concrete by gluing concrete elements or gluing when building concrete mixture. The standard does not apply to special cases of application of adhesive joints of structural reinforcement elements in extreme environmental conditions (for example, at particularly low temperatures), as well as in special circumstances, such as unpredictable impacts (for example, transport or ice) or loads due to an earthquake special requirements apply
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на клеевые соединения элементов усиления бетонных и железобетонных конструкций, открытых атмосферным воздействиям, а также подземных и подводных конструкций, как вновь возводимых, так и находящихся в эксплуатации. Стандарт устанавливает требования к клеящим составам и клеевым соединениям элементов усиления конструкций, выполняемых следующими методами: - внешнее армирование приклеиванием твердых полос, а также приклеиванием с ламинированием холстов, сеток; - добавление бетона приклеиванием бетонных элементов или приклеиванием при наращивании бетонной смеси. Стандарт не распространяется на особые случаи применения клеевых соединений элементов усиления конструкций в экстремальных условиях окружающей среды (например, при особо низких температурах), а также в особых обстоятельствах, таких как непрогнозируемые воздействия (например, транспорта или льда) или нагрузки вследствие землетрясения, на которые распространяются специальные требования
