This standard applies to white sugar - a food product that is sucrose crystallized, without flavoring, obtained by processing sugar-containing raw materials - sugar beet or cane raw sugar. White sugar is intended for retail sales, use in catering, in food production, in the pharmaceutical industry and for other purposes.
