Pipeline valves. Surfacing and quality control of surfaced surfaces. Technical requirements
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 2-2016
This standard covers surfacing of sealing and other surfaces with hard wear-resistant materials, surfacing of sealing and other surfaces with anti-corrosion materials in the manufacture of pipe fittings: - hazardous production facilities; -atomic stations of safety class 4; - other applications for different working environments. The standard establishes the basic requirements for surfacing materials, technologies for surfacing, heat treatment after surfacing, for quality control of weld surfaces and quality assessment standards, as well as for correction of defects in the manufacture of valves and after its operation. The standard lists the properties of the weld metal (physical properties, chemical composition, design specific loads and other characteristics of the weld metal) necessary for the calculation in the design of the valve assembly nodes. The performance of surfacing materials in various corrosive environments is specified in [1]. The standard is a guideline for designers, technologists, production and control masters; welding welders and other persons involved in the design, manufacture and operation of pipeline valves
