This standard applies to railway rolling stock and its electrical equipment. This standard establishes a set of requirements that must be applied in the design, manufacture, installation of electrical installations and equipment of railway rolling stock to protect people and animals from electric shock.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на железнодорожный подвижной состав и его электрооборудование. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает совокупность требований, которые необходимо применять при проектировании, изготовлении, выполнении электрического монтажа и оснащении железнодорожного подвижного состава для защиты людей и животных от поражения электрическим током
