This standard applies to processed products of fruits and vegetables, including juice products, compotes and jelly (including made from dried fruits), jams, jam, jam, and establishes a method of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography to determine (measure) the sorbine mass fraction and benzoic acid. The measurement range of the mass fraction of sorbic and benzoic acids is from 10 to 1500 ppm inclusive
