This standard applies to control devices, control and security (hereinafter - products), newly developed (modernized) or purchased from the state that adopted the standard or foreign supplier, which, in accordance with regulatory documents operating in the territory of the state that adopted the standard, and or) a railway rolling stock customer (hereinafter referred to as regulatory documents) shall be equipped with railway rolling stock, which circulates on the railways of the state that adopted the standard
