This standard applies to fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, juice drinks, fruit and vegetable concentrated juices, mashed potatoes and mashed potatoes, fruit drinks and fruit drinks (hereinafter referred to as juice products) and establishes a method for determining (measuring) mass concentrations of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in them using atomic absorption spectrometry with flame atomization
