This standard applies to meat, including poultry, offal, meat and meat-containing products, and establishes a gas chromatography method with a mass spectrometric detector (GC-MS) to identify (analyze) non-meat ingredients of plant origin (presence of vegetable fats ) by the mass fraction of phytosterols (brassicasterin, campesterol, stigmasterol, in-sitosterol). The measurement range of phytosterols is from 1 to 1000 mg.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на мясо, включая мясо птицы, субпродукты, мясные и мясосодержащие продукты и устанавливает метод газовой хроматографии с масс-спектрометрическим детектором (ГХ-МС) для идентификации (анализа) немясных ингредиентов растительного происхождения (наличия растительных жиров, ингредиентов, содержащих растительные жиры) по массовой доле фитостеринов (брассикастерин, кампестерин, стигмастерин, в-ситостерин). Диапазон измерений фитостеринов составляет от 1 до 1000 мг/кг
