This standard applies to milk fat, butter, and butter paste from cow's milk (hereinafter referred to as butter products) and establishes general provisions, rules, methods for controlling organoleptic characteristics. Sampling, their preparation for testing, the procedure and the present methods for determining organoleptic parameters can be used for spreads and melted mixtures.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на молочный жир, масло и пасту масляную из коровьего молока (далее - продукты маслоделия) и устанавливает общие положения, правила, методы контроля органолептических показателей. Допускается отбор проб, подготовку их к испытаниям, порядок проведения и настоящие методы определения органолептических показателей использовать для спредов и топленых смесей
