This standard applies to hot smoked fish of all families and species, intended for food purposes. This standard does not apply to hot smoked fish produced according to GOST 812, GOST 6606, GOST 7445, as well as gobies (except Far Eastern and Oceanic), killer whale-creakrun, Baltic salmon, lean capelin (trifle of the third group), Pacific sardine (Ivashi) smelt, Pacific salmon with spawning changes and cartilage fish
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на рыбу горячего копчения всех семейств и видов, предназначенную для пищевых целей. Настоящий стандарт не распространяются на рыбу горячего копчения, изготовляемую по ГОСТ 812, ГОСТ 6606, ГОСТ 7445, а также бычков (кроме дальневосточного и океанического), косатку-скрипуна, лосося балтийского, нежирную мойву (мелочь третьей группы), сардину тихоокеанскую (иваси), снетка, лососей тихоокеанских с нерестовыми изменениями и хрящевых рыб
