Meat products. Methods for the determination of total phosphorus content
Status: Effective - Supersedes. IUS 9-2016
This standard applies to all types of meat, including poultry, meat and meat-containing products, and establishes gravimetric and spectrophotometric methods for determining the mass fraction of total phosphorus. In case of disagreement on the test results, the mass fraction of total phosphorus is determined by a gravimetric method.
