This part of ISO 14184 specifies a method for determining the amount of free formaldehyde released under accelerated storage conditions by steam absorption. This method can be applied to all types of textile materials. Настоящая часть ISO 14184 устанавливает способ определения количества свободного формальдегида, выделенного при условиях ускоренного хранения, методом абсорбции паром. Этот метод может быть применен для всех видов текстильных материалов. Рассматриваемая процедура предназначена для определения данным методом выделяемого из тканей формальдегида в диапазоне концентраций от 20 мг/кг до 3500 мг/кг. Нижний предел - 20 мг/кг. Ниже этого предела результат регистрируется как «не обнаружено». Метод определения свободного формальдегида и формальдегида, частично экстрагированного за счет гидролиза в водном растворе, приведен в ISO 14184-1
