This standard establishes a laboratory method for determining the parameters of the vibration characteristics of bursters from vibration measurements on handles. The test results can be used to compare different models of machines of the same type. This standard applies to testing machines with pneumatic or other drive, having a collet clamp to install the insert tool in the form of carbide burrs or grinding head and intended for cleaning burrs on materials of different hardness - from hardened steel to plastic. This standard also applies to low-speed machines that use a flap wheel or a cylindrical mandrel with abrasive tape as an insert tool.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает лабораторный метод определения параметров вибрационной характеристики борфрезеров по измерениям вибрации на рукоятках. Результаты испытаний могут быть использованы для сравнения разных моделей машины одного вида. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на испытания машин с пневматическим или иным приводом, имеющих цанговый зажим для установки вставного инструмента в виде твердосплавной борфрезы или шлифовальной головки и предназначенных для зачистки заусенцев на материалах разной твердости - от закаленной стали до пластика. Настоящий стандарт распространяется также на низкоскоростные машины, у которых в качестве вставного инструмента используется лепестковый круг или цилиндрическая оправка с абразивной лентой
