Microbiology of food and animal feed. General requirements and guidance for microbiological examinations

Микробиология пищевых продуктов и кормов для животных. Общие требования и рекомендации по микробиологическим исследованиям

Status: Effective - Supersedes. IUS 4-2016

The standard applies to studies of bacteria, yeasts and molds. It is allowed to use the standard in studies of parasites and viruses, provided that specific recommendations are added. The standard does not apply to studies of toxins and other products of the metabolism of microorganisms (for example, amines). The standard is applied in the microbiology of food, animal feed, the environment of food production and the production of raw materials for food.

Стандарт распространяется на исследования бактерий, дрожжей и плесеней. Допускается применение стандарта при исследованиях паразитов и вирусов при условии дополнения конкретными рекомендациями. Стандарт не распространяется на исследования токсинов и других продуктов метаболизма микроорганизмов (например, аминов).
