The standard contains general recommendations when applying GOST R ISO 22000. The standard is intended for organizations (enterprises) in the retail sector who develop and implement a food safety management system based on the requirements of GOST R ISO 22000, as well as for personnel responsible for food safety. The standard applies to retailers engaged in the acquisition, trade and technological processes and the sale of food products, as well as the manufacture and sale of catering products in the catering shops at retail outlets.
Стандарт содержит общие рекомендации при применении ГОСТ Р ИСО 22000. Стандарт предназначен для организаций (предприятий) в сфере розничной торговли, разрабатывающих и внедряющих систему менеджмента безопасности пищевых продуктов на основе требований ГОСТ Р ИСО 22000, а также для персонала, отвечающего за безопасность пищевых продуктов. Стандарт распространяется на предприятия розничной торговли, осуществляющие приобретение, торгово-технологические процессы и реализацию пищевых продуктов, а также изготовление и реализацию продукции общественного питания в цехах общественного питания при предприятиях розничной торговли.
