This standard establishes the classification, norms and methods of measurement of artificial outdoor architectural and functional-decorative lighting of infrastructure facilities that are within the direct line of sight in areas located on both sides of public roads. This standard does not apply to light advertising, dynamic architectural lighting, festive lighting installations and shows. This standard is used in the design and operation of fixed lighting installations for architectural and functional decorative lighting.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает классификацию, нормы и методы измерений искусственного наружного архитектурного и функционально-декоративного освещения объектов инфраструктуры, находящихся в пределах прямой видимости на территориях, расположенных по обеим сторонам автомобильных дорог общего пользования. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на световую рекламу, динамичное архитектурное освещение, праздничные световые инсталляции и шоу. Настоящий стандарт применяют при проектировании и эксплуатации стационарных осветительных установок архитектурного и функционально-декоративного освещения
