The rules establish the procedure for the commissioning of completed new or reconstructed enterprises, their individual lines, launch complexes, buildings and structures, hereinafter referred to as facilities.
Правила устанавливают порядок приемки в эксплуатацию законченных строительством новых или реконструируемых предприятий, их отдельных очередей, пусковых комплексов, зданий и сооружений, именуемых в дальнейшем объектами.
