The set of rules applies to the infrastructure of public rail transport and establishes general requirements for the acceptance and commissioning of completed railway infrastructure facilities or construction. The rulebook can be applied during the acceptance and commissioning of non-public railway tracks.
Свод правил распространяется на инфраструктуру железнодорожного транспорта общего пользования и устанавливает общие требования к приемке и вводу в эксплуатацию законченных строительством или реконструкцией объектов инфраструктуры железнодорожного транспорта. Свод правил может применяться при приемке и вводе в эксплуатацию железнодорожных путей необщего пользования.
