The rules and regulations apply to the design of new and reconstruction of existing intra-farm roads on collective farms, state farms and other agricultural enterprises and organizations, regardless of their departmental affiliation.
Нормы и правила распространяются на проектирование новых и реконструкцию существующих внутрихозяйственных дорог в колхозах, совхозах и других сельскохозяйственных предприятиях и организациях независимо от их ведомственной принадлежности.
