The requirements of the set of rules apply to elements of the architectural environment that are available for people with limited mobility and the system they form: site elements, parts of buildings, groups of premises, premises, functional zones (including traffic routes), arrangement of main processes of vital activity, maintenance, labor recreation, These objects also include structural elements and small forms. The requirements of this document do not apply to those parts of buildings, structures and their areas where access for persons with disabilities is not provided.
