Buildings of common jurisdiction courts. Rules of architectural design

The set of rules establishes the requirements for the placement of areas, functional groups of premises, space-planning solutions, security, engineering equipment and the internal environment of designed buildings of courts of general jurisdiction. The joint venture covers the design of newly constructed and reconstructed buildings of courts of general jurisdiction, while for the reconstructed buildings, this Code should be used whenever possible. The set of rules does not apply to the design of buildings assigned to the courts and offices of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
Свод правил устанавливает требования к размещению участкам, функциональным группам помещений, объемно-планировочным решениям, защищенности, инженерному оборудованию и внутренней среде проектируемых зданий судов общей юрисдикции. СП распространяется на проектирование вновь строящихся и реконструируемых зданий судов общей юрисдикции, при этом, для реконструируемых зданий настоящий Свод правил следует использовать по возможности. Свод правил не распространяется на проектирование зданий, закрепленных за судами и управлениями Судебного департамента при Верховном Суде Российской Федерации.
