Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The set of rules establishes requirements for ensuring the fire safety of road tunnels and tunnel overpasses with a blocked length of up to 300 m and a slope of not more than 0.05 for their design and construction. The code of rules applies to tunnels located within the city limits. The code of rules does not apply to tunnels for mixed movement of trackless and rail transport, to tunnels for mixed traffic of vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists, as well as to tunnels with light openings, as a result of which the length of each of the overlapped parts does not exceed 300 m.
Свод правил устанавливает требования по обеспечению пожарной безопасности автотранспортных тоннелей и путепроводов тоннельного типа с длиной перекрытой части до 300 м и уклоном не более 0,05 при их проектировании и строительстве. Свод правил распространяется на тоннели, располагаемые в городской черте. Свод правил не распространяется на тоннели для смешанного движения безрельсового и рельсового транспорта, на тоннели для смешанного движения автотранспорта, пешеходов и велосипедистов, а также на тоннели со световыми проемами, в результате устройства которых длина каждой из перекрытых частей не превышает 300 м.
