Civil Defense Shelters in Underground Mineworks
Защитные сооружения гражданской обороны в подземных горных выработках
Status: Not effective - Not applicable. By order of the Ministry of Construction No. 971
The standards apply to the design of newly built and reconstructed civil defense defenses (shelters and anti-radiation shelters) located in underground mine workings, including permafrost zones, and designed to protect workers and employees of working shifts of mines, mines and other objects in wartime also population from the effects of weapons of mass destruction
Нормы распространяются на проектирование вновь строящихся и реконструируемых защитных сооружений гражданской обороны (убежищ и противорадиационных укрытий), размещаемых в подземных горных выработках, включая зоны вечной мерзлоты, и предназначаемых для защиты в военное время рабочих и служащих работающих смен рудников, шахт и других объектов, а также населения от воздействия оружия массового поражения
