Code of practice of the projecting and placing of red lines in the cities and other settlements of the Russian Federation

The instruction is obligatory for compliance with all subjects of urban planning in the design and development of cities and other settlements, as well as during surveying and inventory of land built up or subject to construction, when drawing up documents on the ownership, possession, use and disposal of land plots and other real estate objects, state registration.
Инструкция обязательна для соблюдения всеми субъектами градостроительной деятельности при проектировании и застройке территорий городов и других поселений, а также при межевании и инвентаризации застроенных или подлежащих застройке земель, при оформлении документов на право собственности, владения, пользования и распоряжения земельными участками и другими объектами недвижимости, их государственной регистрации.
