The document briefly discusses the rear structures, the sensitivity of these structures to the development of uneven sediments, gives a number of recommendations on the construction of buildings in the area adjacent to existing buildings and some other general issues, highlights the features of engineering geological surveys in the presence of a large thickness of weak soils and washed soils on wetlands and other issues related to surveys, outlined the features of the design of foundations of various designs for specific engineering geol cal conditions of St. Petersburg and devoted to the construction of foundations in these specific conditions. Significant reflection was found on issues related to the reconstruction of buildings, the installation of foundations at the junction of buildings being erected to existing ones, and new methods of building foundations, bored foundations, etc.
В документе кратко рассмотрены вопросы конструкций задний, чувствительность этих конструкций к развитию неравномерных осадок, дан ряд рекомендаций по конструкциям зданий в зоне примыкания их к существующим зданиям и некоторые другие общие вопросы, освещены особенности инженерно-геологических изысканий при наличии большой толщи слабых грунтов, намытых грунтов на заболоченных территориях и другие вопросы, связанные с изысканиями, изложены особенности проектирования фундаментов различных конструкций для специфических инженерно-геологических условий Санкт-Петербурга и посвящен вопросам возведения фундаментов в указанных специфических условиях. Существенное отражение нашли вопросы, связанные с реконструкцией зданий, устройством фундаментов при примыкании возводимых зданий к существующим, и новые методы устройства фундаментов, буронабивные фундаменты и др.
