Applies to engineering surveys, design and construction of underground, surface and above-ground main and field pipelines with a diameter of 1,420 mm and pressure up to 10 MPa (main) and up to 25 MPa (field), as well as temporary settlements of builders, roads, embankments and other facilities gas and oil fields being built in various climatic zones, including in the regions of the Far North.
