Corrosion Protection of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures of Transport Facilities

The standards apply to corrosion protection of concrete and reinforced concrete structures of transport structures (bridges, overpasses, ramps and tunnels on highways, underground and above-ground pedestrian crossings, road slabs, road building elements) designed and made of concrete on mineral binders in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.01 "Concrete and reinforced concrete structures", SNiP 2.05.02 "Roads", SNiP 2.05.03 and SNiP 3.06.04 "Bridges and pipes", SNiP 2.06.08 "Concrete and reinforced concrete construction of hydraulic structures ”, MGSN 5.02“ Design of urban bridge structures ”, SNiP 32-04“ Railway and road tunnels ”, SNiP 2.06.07“ Retaining walls, shipping locks, fish crossing and fish protection structures ”. The standards do not apply to protection against corrosion: - structures of railway structures, subways and airfields; - elements for removal of sewage and laying of communications; - supports of a contact network and electric lighting of roads; - caused by stray currents and radioactive substances; - concrete and reinforced concrete structures made of special concrete (polymer concrete, acid-resistant, heat-resistant concrete).
Нормы распространяются на защиту от коррозии бетонных и железобетонных конструкций транспортных сооружений (мостов, путепроводов, эстакад и тоннелей на автомобильных дорогах, подземных и надземных пешеходных переходов, плит дорожных покрытий, элементов обустройства автомобильных дорог), запроектированных и выполненных из бетонов на минеральных вяжущих в соответствии с требованиями СНиП 2.03.01 «Бетонные и железобетонные конструкции», СНиП 2.05.02 «Автомобильные дороги», СНиП 2.05.03 и СНиП 3.06.04 «Мосты и трубы», СНиП 2.06.08 «Бетонные и железобетонные конструкции гидротехнических сооружений», МГСН 5.02 «Проектирование городских мостовых сооружений», СНиП 32-04 «Тоннели железнодорожные и автодорожные», СНиП 2.06.07 «Подпорные стены, судоходные шлюзы, рыбопропускные и рыбозащитные сооружения». Нормы не распространяются на защиту от коррозии: - конструкций сооружений железных дорог, метрополитенов и аэродромов; - элементов для отвода сточных вод и прокладки коммуникаций; - опор контактной сети и электроосвещения дорог; - вызываемой блуждающими токами и радиоактивными веществами; - бетонных и железобетонных конструкций из специальных бетонов (полимербетонов, кислотостойких, жаростойких бетонов).
