The instruction establishes the requirements for the design and installation of pile foundations and sheet piling from pile piling elements immersed in the ground (piles and groove) near existing buildings, structures and underground utilities in the context of reconstruction of industrial enterprises and urban development. The instruction does not apply to the design and installation of pile foundations and sheet piling on subsiding and permafrost soils, on working-up areas, in karstopasny areas, on landslide slopes and artificially promoted masses.
Инструкция устанавливает требования к проектированию и устройству свайных фундаментов и шпунтовых ограждений из погружаемых в грунт свайных элементов (свай и шпунта) вблизи существующих зданий, сооружений и подземных коммуникаций в условиях реконструкции промышленных предприятий и городской застройки. Инструкция не распространяется на проектирование и устройство свайных фундаментов и шпунтовых ограждений на просадочных и вечномерзлых грунтах, на подрабатываемых территориях, в карстоопасных районах, на оползневых склонах и искусственно промораживаемых массивах.
