Standards apply to the design and construction of cement foundations (piled with a length of piles up to 3 m and a diameter of up to 0.8 m and tape with a depth of 2 m) for low-rise rural buildings. Norms do not apply to the design and construction of cement foundations, built in seismic and karst areas, in areas of permafrost, in working areas, in subsiding soils of type II with a ground load of more than 15 cm from the ground weight, foundations for machines with dynamic loads, as well as the foundations of frame buildings that perceive horizontal loads and moments.
Нормы распространяются на проектирование и устройство фундаментов из цементогрунта (свайных с длиной свай до 3 м и диаметром до 0,8 м и ленточных с глубиной заложения до 2 м) для малоэтажных сельских зданий. Нормы не распространяются на проектирование и устройство фундаментов из цементогрунта, возводимых в сейсмических и карстовых районах, в районах распространения вечномерзлых грунтов, на подрабатываемых территориях, в просадочных грунтах II типа с просадкой от собственного веса грунта более 15 см, фундаментов под машины с динамическими нагрузками, а также фундаментов каркасных зданий, воспринимающих горизонтальные нагрузки и моменты.
