The instruction contains norms and requirements for the design of new construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment and expansion of existing electrical installations of enterprises and structures of telecommunications, wire broadcasting, broadcasting and television. The instruction covers the following communications enterprises and facilities: a) Wired communications and wired broadcasting: long-distance telephone exchanges (MTS) and automatic switching nodes (AAC); telegraph stations and switching nodes; network nodes of the primary network EASC (SU); serviced amplification and regeneration points (PMO and PIU); semi-servicing amplifying and regeneration points (POMP and PORP); feeding unattended amplifying and regeneration points (PNUP and PNRP); automatic telephone exchanges (ATS) and nodes of urban and rural telephone communication (GTS and STS); regional communications centers (RUS), and rural liaison offices (SOS); united telephone and telegraph enterprises; wired broadcast station. b) Radio equipment: transmitting and receiving radio centers and radio stations; fixed mobile radio telephone stations; radio bureau; switching and distribution hardware broadcasting (KPA); radio and television transmitting stations (RPS); radio and television repeaters; radio relay line-of-sight stations (RRS, RRL); stations of tropospheric radio relay lines (TRRS, TRL); earth stations of satellite transmission system (JSSP); objects of the RU series; large systems of collective television reception (KSKPT). The instruction does not apply to the design of electrical installations of institutional and industrial communications, urban communication departments that do not contain stationary power plants of direct current, mobile radio facilities, the design of temporary and unique structures, as well as the design of electrical installations located in containers of radio facilities.
Инструкция содержит нормы и требования на проектирование строительства новых, реконструкции, технического перевооружения и расширения действующих электроустановок предприятий и сооружений электросвязи, проводного вещания, радиовещания и телевидения. Инструкция распространяется на следующие предприятия и сооружения связи: а) Проводные средства связи и проводное вещание: междугородные телефонные станции (МТС) и узлы автоматической коммутации (УАК); телеграфные станции и узлы коммутации; сетевые узлы первичной сети ЕАСС (СУ); обслуживаемые усилительные и регенерационные пункты (ОУП и ОРП); полуобслуживаемые усилительные и регенерационные пункты (ПОУП и ПОРП); питающие необслуживаемые усилительные и регенерационные пункты (ПНУП и ПНРП); автоматические телефонные станции (АТС) и узлы городской и сельской телефонной связи (ГТС и СТС); районные узлы связи (РУС), и сельские отделения связи (СОС); объединенные телефонно-телеграфные предприятия; станции проводного вещания. б) Радиосооружения: передающие и приемные радиоцентры и радиостанции; стационарные станции подвижной радиотелефонной связи; радиобюро; коммутационно-распределительные аппаратные радиовещания (КРА); радиотелевизионные передающие станции (РПС); радиотелевизионные ретрансляторы; станции радиорелейных линий прямой видимости (РРС, РРЛ); станции тропосферных радиорелейных линий (ТРРС, ТРЛ); земные станции спутниковой системы передачи (ЗСССП); объекты серии РУ; крупные системы коллективного приема телевидения (КСКПТ). Инструкция не распространяется на проектирование электроустановок учрежденческих и промышленных средств связи, городских отделений связи, не содержащих стационарных электропитающих установок постоянного тока, передвижных радиообъектов, на проектирование временных и уникальных сооружений, а также на проектирование электроустановок, располагаемых в контейнерах радиосооружений.
