Design Guidelines for Exterior Lighting Used in Cities and Suburban and Rural Areas

The instruction applies to the design of newly constructed and reconstructed installations of outdoor electric lighting of streets, roads, squares, pedestrian crossings, urban traffic intersections and tunnels, pedestrian tunnels, territories: neighborhoods, nursery schools, secondary schools, boarding schools, hotels, hospitals, hospitals, sanatoriums, boarding houses, rest houses, parks, gardens, stadiums and exhibitions, as well as lighting of architectural objects and illuminated advertising in cities, towns and rural areas unqtah. The instruction does not apply to the design of lighting of parks and gardens for special purposes (zoos, botanical gardens), railway stations and platforms, highways of the general network outside settlements, territories of industrial enterprises, as well as showcases of trade enterprises to public buildings.
Инструкция распространяется на проектирование вновь строящихся и реконструируемых установок наружного электрического освещения улиц, дорог, площадей, пешеходных переходов, городских транспортных пересечений и тоннелей, пешеходных тоннелей, территорий: микрорайонов, детских яслей-садов, общеобразовательных школ, школ-интернатов, гостиниц, больниц, госпиталей, санаториев, пансионатов, домов отдыха, парков, садов, стадионов и выставок, а также освещения архитектурных объектов и световой рекламы в городах, поселках и сельских населенных пунктах. Инструкция не распространяется на проектирование освещения территорий парков и садов специального назначения (зоопарков, ботанических садов), железнодорожных станций и платформ, автомобильных дорог общей сети вне населенных пунктов, территорий промышленных предприятий, а также витрин торговых предприятий к общественных зданий.
