The technical conditions apply to the Monoflex A dry, non-shrinkable mixture intended for repair, refurbishment, waterproofing, embedding cracks, shells, spalling, and destruction of concrete and reinforced concrete structures in road construction, subway construction, tunnel construction, bridge construction, and in construction when repairing reinforced concrete water lines, aeration stations and sewage treatment plants, port structures, during the construction of bio-and radioactive waste disposal sites, in restoration works.
