Engineering and technical measures of civil defense
Инженерно-технические мероприятия по гражданской обороне
Status: Effective
The set of rules establishes requirements for engineering and civil defense measures that must be observed when preparing territorial planning documents and planning documents, when designing, building and operating nuclear facilities (including nuclear facilities, nuclear materials storage facilities and radioactive substances, radioactive waste storage facilities), hazardous production facilities, highly hazardous, technically complex, unique facilities civil defense. The provisions of this set of rules do not apply to capital construction projects, the design documentation of which, prior to the entry into force of this set of rules, received a positive conclusion of state expertise, as well as territorial planning documents and documentation on territory planning approved before the entry into force of this set of rules.
Свод правил устанавливает требования к инженерно-техническим мероприятиям по гражданской обороне, которые должны соблюдаться при подготовке документов территориального планирования и документации по планировке территорий, при проектировании, строительстве и эксплуатации объектов использования атомной энергии (в том числе ядерных установок, пунктов хранения ядерных материалов и радиоактивных веществ, пунктов хранения радиоактивных отходов), опасных производственных объектов, особо опасных, технически сложных, уникальных объектов и объектов гражданской обороны. Положения настоящего свода правил не распространяются на объекты капитального строительства, проектная документация которых до вступления в силу настоящего свода правил получила положительное заключение государственной экспертизы, а также на документы территориального планирования и документацию по планировке территории, утвержденные до вступления в силу настоящего свода правил.
