The standards define the basic requirements for the design of technological processes of distilleries working on food raw materials (the main raw materials are potatoes, grain) and apply to the design and estimate documentation for the construction of new, expansion and reconstruction of existing enterprises, buildings and structures of distilleries, and the rationale for the design and construction of enterprises.
Нормы определяют основные требования к проектированию технологических процессов спиртовых заводов, работающих на пищевом сырье (основное сырье - картофель, зерно) и распространяются на проектно-сметную документацию для строительства новых, расширения и реконструкции действующих предприятий, зданий и сооружений спиртовых заводов, а также используются при обосновании целесообразности проектирования и строительства предприятий.
