Engineering Design Standards for Branched Petroleum Product Pipelines

The standards apply to the design of pumping stations, loading stations and the linear part of oil pipelines intended for the transportation of petroleum products having a saturated vapor pressure not exceeding 93.1 kPa (700 mm Hg) (gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, heating oil, for jet engines) and have the goal of developing design solutions to ensure the economics of construction and operation, low-waste technology of sequential transfers, increased reliability and safety, as well as protection the environment. Norms do not apply to the design of pipelines of special design (field), laid in the marine areas, in areas with seismicity over 8 points for underground and over 6 points for onshore pipelines and laid in permafrost zones, as well as for transportation of oil products with heating.
Нормы распространяются на проектирование перекачивающих станций, наливных пунктов и линейной части нефтепродуктопроводов, предназначенных для транспортирования нефтепродуктов, имеющих давление насыщенных паров не выше 93,1 кПа (700 мм. рт. ст.) (бензины, дизельное топливо, керосины, печное топливо, топливо для реактивных двигателей) и имеют целью разработку проектных решений, обеспечивающих экономичность строительства и эксплуатации, малоотходную технологию последовательных перекачек, повышенную надежность и безопасность, а также охрану окружающей среды. Нормы не распространяются на проектирование трубопроводов специальной конструкции (полевые), прокладываемые в морских акваториях, в районах с сейсмичностью свыше 8 баллов для подземных и свыше 6 баллов для наземных трубопроводов и прокладываемых в зонах вечномерзлых грунтов, а также для транспорта нефтепродуктов с подогревом.
