The rules establish general fire safety requirements for the construction, reconstruction, expansion, technical re-equipment and repair of buildings and structures, design, construction and operation of temporary buildings and structures at construction sites and should be taken into account when developing construction projects and work projects.
Правила устанавливают общие требования пожарной безопасности при строительстве, реконструкции, расширении, техническом перевооружении и ремонте зданий и сооружений, проектировании, строительстве и эксплуатации временных зданий и сооружений на строительных площадках и должны учитываться при разработке проектов организации строительства и проектов производства работ.
