Standards apply to the design of foundations and foundations of buildings and structures erected in areas of permafrost. Standards do not apply to the design of the foundations of hydraulic structures, railways and highways, bridges, pipes and airfield pavements.
Нормы распространяются на проектирование оснований и фундаментов зданий и сооружений, возводимых в районах распространения вечномерзлых грунтов. Нормы не распространяются на проектирование оснований гидротехнических сооружений, железных и автомобильных дорог, мостов, труб и аэродромных покрытий.
