Guide to Development of Geothermal Fields

Status: Effective
The rules establish technical requirements for the preparation and implementation of projects for the development of thermal energy water fields, their protection from pollution, damage and premature depletion. Requirements of the Rules are mandatory for organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, individual entrepreneurs engaged in the preparation and implementation of projects for the extraction of thermal power waters in the Russian Federation and within the continental shelf and the marine exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation.
Правила устанавливают технические требования по составлению и реализации проектов по разработке месторождений теплоэнергетических вод, их охране от загрязнения, порчи и преждевременного истощения. Требования Правил являются обязательными для организаций, независимо от их организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности, индивидуальных предпринимателей, осуществляющих составление и реализацию проектов по добыче теплоэнергетических вод на территории Российской Федерации и в пределах континентального шельфа и морской исключительной экономической зоны Российской Федерации.
